Cure For Cancer

Dear Lord,

I have stage 4 cancer. I have had surgery and 6 chemo treatments. I am fighting for my life. My daughter is only five years old and needs me around for a long time. Her father is an alcoholic and is not able to be her only parent. She needs me because I am her responsible parent. Please help the doctors find a way to keep me alive for a long, long time. I had a scan recently and I hope to get good news next week.

May researchers find a cure very, very soon.

Father, You are Sovereign and Your Ways are Higher than ours. I lift up Melissa to You Lord asking that You give her peace above all, knowing that Your Will is perfect. Lord i pray that regardless what the outcome is, You fill her heart with that Peace that surpasses all understanding and that only comes from You.

If it is Your Will Lord, we pray for healing, knowing that You are The Great Physician and that You know her body inside out, oh Lord, nothing is impossible or even hard for You, and we pray that You be the healer here, not the doctors nor the medicine. But above all things i pray that You give her wisdom, peace and understanding of what Your plans are. I pray this in Jesus' Mighty Name, Amen.
