Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking your intervention and provision in ###'s situation. Lord, you are the ultimate source of all blessings and provisions, and we trust in your faithfulness to meet our needs.

Father, we lift up ###'s financial concern to you. They have experienced a loss of $### from their account, and they are in need of this money to pay their bills. We ask, Lord, that you would intervene in this situation and bring about a refund from the bank or credit company. You are the God of justice and fairness, and we believe that you can restore what has been lost.

In your Word, you have promised to provide for our needs. In Philippians 4:19, it says, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise over ###'s financial situation, trusting that you will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, we also pray for peace and comfort for ### during this time of financial stress. Help them to cast their anxieties upon you, knowing that you care for them. Strengthen their faith and remind them of your faithfulness in the past.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your unwavering love and provision. May your will be done in this situation, and may ### experience your miraculous provision and restoration. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
