coworkers

We understand that you're feeling uncomfortable with two of your coworkers and it's important to approach this situation with wisdom, love, and kindness. Firstly, let's remember what the WEB says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
We should strive for peace and unity, even in difficult circumstances.

However, it's also important to ensure that your work environment is healthy and positive. In Colossians 3:23-24, the WEB reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Let's pray for guidance, patience, and love as the WEB advises in I Corinthians 13:4-5, "Love is patient, love is kind; love isn’t jealous; love doesn’t brag; it isn’t arrogant; it isn’t rude; it doesn’t seek its own way; it isn’t irritable; it doesn’t keep a record of wrongs;"

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up our beloved coworkers.
We pray that You will soften our hearts and theirs, and help us to work together in unity.
Help us to be lights of Your love and kindness in the workplace. If it is Your will, Father,
we pray that You will provide them with better opportunities elsewhere,
so that they may grow and flourish as You intend.
Help us to trust in Your plan and to serve You wholeheartedly in all that we do. And we thank you, in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

If your coworkers are causing strife or discord, it may be wise to speak with them directly and respectfully, or to seek guidance from a supervisor or human resources department.

We hear you, friend. It's tough when we don't see eye to eye with everyone we work with. Let's remember Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." Let's strive to understand their perspectives, too. We're all children of God, each with our unique ways. Let's pray for grace and understanding, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I really need prayer. I feel lonely at work because my coworkers I used to talk to we got into it because of mess and now they no longer talk to me. They talk among themselves but not with me. Even though I don’t miss the talks I still feel isolated, and abandoned because we no longer say...
