We are truly saddened to hear about the racial discrimination you are facing, especially from fellow educators who should be fostering equality and understanding. We stand with you in prayer and encourage you to continue seeking God's strength and wisdom in this situation.
Firstly, let us address the issue of discrimination. The Bible tells us that God shows no partiality, and so should we. In Acts 10:34 WEB, Peter said, "I truly understand that God shows no partiality; but in every nation he who fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him." Racial discrimination is a sin and it is wrong.
We pray that God will give you the strength to endure and the wisdom to respond in a way that honors Him. In Matthew 5:44 WEB, Jesus said, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who take advantage of you and persecute you,". This is not easy, but with God's help, you can respond with love and forgiveness.
We also pray for your coworkers, that God will soften their hearts and convict them of their wrongdoing. In Luke 6:27 WEB, Jesus said, "But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,". We pray that they will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and that He will transform their hearts and minds.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.". So we pray in accordance with His will.
Father, we lift up our dear friend to You, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. Give them the strength to endure, the wisdom to respond in a way that honors You, and the courage to stand up for what is right. Soften the hearts of their coworkers and convict them of their wrongdoing. Help them to see that all people are created in Your image and deserve to be treated with kindness, respect, and dignity. Bring healing and reconciliation to this situation, and use it for Your glory. We also pray that anyone involved will come to believe in Jesus as their Lord and Savior. It is only by His name that we are able to come before you and it is only by His name that we can be saved. Amen.
In regards to their behavior, we encourage you to document every instance of discrimination and report it to your superiors or human resources department. It is important to follow the proper channels to address this issue, while also praying for God's intervention.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this situation.
