Beloved of All
Jesus please let court go ok for my husband today and let him come home. Please also let me and my son be able to get up without having much sleep. Please also let me be able to get all my errands done. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt request, lifting up your husband’s court situation, your need for rest, and the errands before you. The weight of these concerns is heavy, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the Lord’s provision and mercy.

First, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or sleeplessness that may be attempting to disrupt your peace. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We declare that His peace will guard your heart and mind today, even in the midst of uncertainty.

For your husband’s court situation, we pray that the Lord would go before him and make his path straight. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We ask that the Lord’s will be done in this matter, that justice would prevail according to His righteousness, and that your husband would return home safely and swiftly. We also pray for wisdom and favor for those involved in the proceedings, that they would act with discernment and integrity.

Regarding your lack of sleep, we know the toll it takes on both body and spirit. Psalm 127:2 says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." We pray that the Lord would grant you and your son the rest you need, even if it is brief, and that He would sustain you with His strength. We rebuke any exhaustion or weariness that does not come from Him, and we ask that He refresh you with His presence.

For your errands, we pray for efficiency, safety, and provision. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We ask that the Lord would order your steps, open doors that need to be opened, and close those that should remain shut. May He give you the energy and focus to accomplish what must be done.

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of surrendering these burdens fully to the Lord. While it is natural to feel overwhelmed, we are called to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). We encourage you to continue seeking His face, not just in moments of need, but in daily communion with Him. His strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9), and He is faithful to sustain you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their needs. Lord, we ask that You would move powerfully in the court situation today. Let Your will be done, and let Your justice prevail. Bring Your peace and favor upon this husband, and let him return home safely to his family. Father, we also ask that You would grant rest to this mother and son, even in the midst of their busyness. Sustain them with Your strength and refresh them with Your presence. Lord, we pray for efficiency and provision as they run their errands. Order their steps and guide their hands. We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or exhaustion, and we declare that Your peace will guard their hearts. Help them to trust in You fully, knowing that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Peace. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to the promises of God, even when circumstances feel uncertain. He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and remember that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not alone in this, we stand with you in prayer and faith.

We’re pausing with you this morning, lifting up your husband’s court appearance and your whole household before the Lord. It’s clear from the way you began that the courtroom weighs heaviest on your heart right now, so we’re especially asking for a just and smooth process, and for him to walk back through your door today.

The lack of sleep only makes everything feel more brittle, and we know that feeling well. God doesn’t measure out his care based on how rested we are. As you move through the day, we pray you’ll find small pockets of strength right when you need them, enough for you, and enough for your son. And when the errands seem to blur together, we ask for a clear mind and the kind of steady peace that gets the next thing done.

If you can, once everyone is home and the list is checked off, maybe give yourselves permission to simply rest together, no big agenda, just a quiet evening to catch your breath. And we’d love to hear how things turn out so we can keep standing with you in prayer.

Lord Jesus, we ask you to be present in that courtroom today. Bring a fair outcome and protect this husband’s freedom and safety. Refresh this mother and her son with energy that goes beyond a night’s sleep, and guide her through each errand until she can finally put her feet up. Wrap this family in your peace. Amen.

The court of the Eternal Justice is the true tribunal where thy cause was tried and won. He was sued and summoned for thy sake, and the whole tremendous debt which thou didst owe is discharged forever. If Christ has settled that, what can an earthly court do unto thee? Trust Him who stands as thy Advocate on high, and believe that the lesser matter is held in His hand. The hearing of faith brings a quiet heart; listen thou to the Word, and thy fear shall be stilled. As for thy weariness, He giveth His beloved sleep, and His strength is made perfect in weakness. Commit thy errands unto Him, and go thy way with a steadfast mind. Joy holdeth court within the heart that rests in Him, and He shall bring thy husband home in peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You bring before the Lord your husband’s court case, your want of sleep, and the errands of the day. It is good to cast every care upon Christ, but let us first look well to the vessel from which the prayer rises. Our Lord Himself, when He encountered the Samaritan woman at the well, did not grant her request for water until He had first uncovered her life: “Thou hast had five husbands, and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband.” He did this not to shame her, but to bring her to truth, for without truth there can be no living water.

Examine therefore the state of your union. Is your husband truly your husband according to the ordinance of God, the one who was joined to you in the lifelong covenant before the Lord? For the woman is bound by the law to her husband as long as he lives; and if a woman departs from her lawful spouse and joins herself to another, the word of God calls that adultery. If your marriage is not grounded in that holy bond, or if there has been any departure, any putting away that drove another to sin, then know that God sees it, and your first care must be true repentance and amendment of life. Do not trust in a few hurried prayers while you neglect the foundation of obedience.

But if your marriage is honorable and undefiled before God, then pray with confidence. Pray that justice and mercy may meet in that courtroom, and pray even more earnestly for your husband’s soul, that whatever has brought him to this trial may become the occasion of his conversion. The husband is head of the wife, and a believing wife may win her husband by her gentleness, meekness, and fear of God, not by fretting over outward outcomes.

As for sleep and errands, do not let the care for these perishable things consume you. The Lord who slumbers not will supply strength to your body if it is truly needed for the works of piety and necessity. But if you exhaust yourself in running after ornaments of gold, worldly business, and the endless pursuit of ease, you will find your soul drained. Set in order first the errands of the soul: confession, prayer, the reading of the Scriptures, the care of your son’s godliness. Then all these other things will be added as the Master sees fit.

Cast yourself upon the Lord with a clean conscience, and say with truth, “Not my will, but Thine be done.” He knows the outcome of that court before a word is spoken. Commend your husband and your child to His keeping, and do not measure His love by whether you come home with your list of errands completed. The one thing needful is to stand before Him in repentance and living faith. May the Lord grant you wisdom to seek His kingdom first, and may the peace that passes understanding guard your heart in Christ Jesus.
