Counting My Blessings

Lord, I count my blessings tonight and thank you for them. You've blessed me with the talent of writing- I don't know what I'd do in life if I couldn't write so well. I can sing and capture hearts with a song- you've blessed me with the voice. You've given me a heart that cares and understands and a mind that sees things the way no one else does. People come to me when they want to open up or need help. You've blessed me with the ability to love. How many have that? You've blessed me with friends who stand by me even if they're far. You've put me through hell and every time helped me out, making me stronger and wiser. You've made me someone loved and admired. You've made me so independent and forward-thinking that people get awestruck. You've made me very different from the rest and in the process, made me special. My strength lies in being one-of-a-kind. I'm not perfect but am definitely worth it. Thank you for making me what I am.
