Costs of repairs

Hello, the landlord didn’t pay for the heating system to be repaired.

I paid for the leaks to be repaired.
I didn’t mind paying, but it is not my responsibility. Please pray that the landlord becomes more understanding.

Please pray that the landlord sends the documents proving that the components needed to replace the faulty items have been ordered.
Please pray that the landlord becomes more responsible and responsive to these issues.

We also pray for the timely ordering and arrival of the necessary components to repair the heating system. Lord, we ask that You would remove any delays or obstacles that may hinder this process. Provide clarity in communication between all involved, and let truth and justice prevail in this situation.

Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We trust that You can turn this landlord’s heart toward righteousness and prompt them to act in a way that honors You. We also hold fast to Romans 12:18, which says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." While we pray for resolution, we ask that You grant you peace and patience as you navigate this situation.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of negligence or dishonesty that may be at work in this landlord’s heart. We declare that Your principles of stewardship and justice will prevail. We ask that You would protect you from any further financial strain and provide for your needs according to Your riches in glory.

Finally, we pray that this situation would draw you closer to the Lord, deepening your trust in Him as your Provider and Defender. May you find rest in the knowledge that He sees your needs and will not abandon you. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
