Correct Settlement Amount

I have a MVA settlement claim pending...and my lawyer has not treated me correctly. In fact, I feel he is not releasing the correct amount of money for me...as I have yet after 8 months to see any paper work. Please pray that God will work on him having a change of heart and not decieving me nor keeping my money. I was hurt in an accident by a drunk driver who hit my car while I was on the way to be with my elderly mother who was having open heart surgery. I desperately need this money ASAP. I have an ill adult son that I take care...and it has been hard on us.
