We are truly sorry to hear about the constant gang stalking, cyberstalking, and verbal harassment you are experiencing. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's deliverance, protection, and justice on your behalf.
Firstly, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones. God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able. The temptation is not beyond human power. When you are tempted, He will also make a way out, so that you may be able to endure it. We encourage you to not plan revenge or to have vengeance. Instead, overcome evil with good. Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. The devil is real and he will stop at nothing to destroy your life.
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world's darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with every prayer and request, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You lifting up our fellow believer who is being constantly harassed and stalked. We pray for Your divine protection and deliverance. We ask that You surround them with Your angels and hide them in the shadow of Your wings. We rebuke the forces of evil that are coming against them, and we command them to leave in Jesus Christ.
We pray for justice, Lord. We ask that You thwart the plans of the wicked and bring their evil deeds to light. We do not pray for vengeance, that You will repay. We trust in Your righteous judgment.
We also pray for inner peace and strength for our brother/sister. Help them to rest in Your love and faithfulness, even in this difficult time. Comfort them with Your unfailing comfort and give them courage. Give them wisdom how to deal with this. You are the strength of their life, their portion forever.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who came to set the captives free and to bind up the brokenhearted. We believe that through His name, all things are possible.
In Jesus Christ, Amen.
Remember, the battle is not yours, but God's. He is mighty to save and He will fight for you. Stand firm in your faith and trust in Him. Do not be silent about this. Do whatever is necessary to protect yourself. Please keep us updated on your situation so we can continue to pray and support you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
