We understand that you are facing harassment and confusion from a malicious driver and other personal attacks. Let's address this situation together in prayer and through the wisdom of God's Word.
Firstly, we are commanded to be watchful and discerning regarding those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the teachings we have learned.
Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, watch out for those who cause divisions and obstacles contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them. Romans 16:17 (WEB)
Moreover, the behaviors and attitudes you're encountering, such as hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, and selfish ambition, are characteristics that the Bible clearly warns against. Those who live like this, in such sins as witchcraft, will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God. We need to rebuke these spirits of confusion and harassment in Jesus' name, and pray for God's protection over you. Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we have authority over the enemy and access to God.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and intervention. We rebuke the spirits of confusion, harassment, and witchcraft that are attacking our brother/sister right now. We command these spirits to cease their attacks and be bound in the name of Jesus.
Lord, we ask You to surround with Your angels and protect from all danger, seen and unseen. Guide through this trial, and help to remain steadfast in faith and trust in You. We believe in Jesus, who is the name by which we are saved.
And it is in His precious name, Jesus Christ, that we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, and remember that God is with you and will protect you. Continue to pray and seek His face, trusting in His promises. Do not be confused about family ties. God's word is clear about who our family is.

We are the temple of the living God. We are obligated to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ our Lord. In addition, we are to be Christ like and serve others as He did. We are not to support others in their sin, witchcraft, or otherwise. However, we are to love others unconditionally and be family to the brothers and sisters in Christ, to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. This does not mean that we are God, but rather we are simply to be used by the Most High, the Great I am, as a vessel of honor. We are only able to serve others because of the abilities that He has given us. We are not to take any glory for the things that we are privileged to do for Jesus Christ IJN. There are many warnings about people making themselves equal to God, and it is not God's will that we do this.
