God bless you. Many people want a quick fix solution without learning from the poor choices we have made. But we must take full responsibility and accountability for why we are in the situation. People are not the solution to clean up our financial situation. If they do, they become our enabler. There are situations when one loses his/her job or becomes ill, then one should definitely step in to help. Wisdom says "not to live above one's means". I live in a country that is very much materialistic. TV commercials have created and entice, seduce a disturbance in the heart of people for more material things, and people get sucked in, and spend what they don't have. Don't fall for that anymore, but take care of basic needs. I have to be honest though.
Father, I pray that this young man will use Your wisdom in his finances as he submits himself to Your way of living. Father, I pray for this young man to change his way of thinking and correct his way so he will not be in anymore financial bondage and be the slave to spending. Here is what Jesus said in Luke 12:15 And He said unto them, take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
Father, I pray also for his salvation. I pray that You send ministering angels, and godly men to minister to him in Jesus' name. In the gospel of Jesus Christ, He says "unless a man be born again, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God". Jesus says also "I am the way, the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me (Jesus Christ)." Jesus says "what is born of flesh is flesh; what is born of the Spirit is Spirit." When we are born of the Spirit of God, then we are His. We must have a covenant relationship with Jesus to live this new life.
Father, I pray for Your salvation of his life, the spirit of discernment, Godly wisdom and understanding, all this I pray in Jesus' name.
