Confrontation

I hate confrontation and have to confront my secretary about her behaviors of stirring up gossip and conflict in the work place. She admits she is passive agressive and that is causing a lot of trauma. She is not doing the work of God through this behavior. I dread being there because of the constant complaining and challenging of authority. She has clinical depression so I know some of the problem is coming from that but this is a spiritual battle. Would you please pray that God steps in and clears the way for a Godly work place and that honor God in the way I handle the confrontation today? Thank you.
