My daughter just called me in tears. My husband won't talk to his daughter. He won't talk to his daughter until the baby

is baptized. That could be three to six months. I think it is a shame. I cannot understand why he is taking this kind

of attitude. I pray that he has a change in heart, and will come with me to see his grandchild. He thinks she is not

going to have the baby baptized, and this is not true. He put me in the middle. When I first thought my daughter wasn't

going to baptize the baby I told my husband. He then automatically refused to talk to her. He needs to air out his

feelings. Please pray that he goes and sees his daughter.

Prayers for my trip to Wall. Please pray that I don't get nervous, and that my knee doesn't hurt. Pray I don't get

nervous while driving over the bridge or that my breathing doesn't bother me. Please pray!

Baby Justus to sleep more than an hour. That my daughter gets the rest she so urgently needs.

Thank you Jesus for the answering of prayer. May I be a light to others. To give me the right words to speak to my

husband about his daughter and grandchild.

Father we bring JerseyLady before your throne in prayer for the relationship between her husband and daughter. You said the husband is the head of the house and the spiritual leader of the family. We pray that you will send your Holy Spirit to counsel her husband so he will use wisdom in dealing with the issue of the grandchild's baptism. If there are other issues here that are hidden from us, Father, bring them out to the light so that they, too, may be rsolved and that the grandchild will have a loving family in which to grow; and the father and daughter can restore their relationship. Send your Holy Spirit to JerseyLady to comfort her and reveal to her the action she may take in this situation. Let her lead her daughter in prayers for their husband and father that are filled with love and understanding. Give JerseyLady strength as she goes to visit her daughter and grandson who will bring her joy. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
