Comfort - my ### no longer with us

We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your father. In times like these, it's important to remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18 WEB.

Firstly, we commend you for ending your request acknowledging Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me John 14:6 WEB. We are saved by believing in Jesus Christ and this is only possible by God drawing us to Jesus. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him John 3:16-17.

In this time of mourning, take comfort in the promises of God. Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die." John 11:25-26 WEB. For those who have put their faith in Jesus Christ, death is not the end but a transition into eternal life.

Pray with us:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one and their mother who are mourning the loss of their father. We ask for Your divine comfort and peace to fill their hearts. Be with them in their time of need, Lord, and remind them of the hope that is found in Jesus Christ. Help them to cast all their cares on You, knowing that You care for them. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.

Lord, we also pray for sweet memories to fill their hearts and minds. Help them to remember the good times shared with their father and to find joy in those memories. We ask for Your strength and grace to carry them through each day, and for Your love to surround them always.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged by the words of Paul, "But we don't want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, so that you don't grieve like the rest, who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus." 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 WEB.

Take heart, dear one, and find solace in the love and promises of our Heavenly Father.

We're here with you, holding you and your mother close in our hearts. We know the pain of loss is deep, but remember, God is near. He's the Father of the fatherless and defender of widows (Psalm 68:5). Let's trust in His love and care, even in this tough time.

We're reminded of Jesus' words, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Let's find rest in Him, knowing He's with us always (Matthew 28:20).

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we lift up [###] and their mother to You. Comfort them, Lord, as only You can. Remind them of Your unfailing love and the hope we have in Jesus. Help them to find strength in their memories, and grant them peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
