Saint I need your prayers, in 1988 September I bought a house in ### in ### here in ### from ### and we made a Deed of Sale and signed, filed at lawyer ###, 2 years later I had applied for a Title deed it's when I discovered that the house was never transferred to my name, they said I must come with the seller and I could not get him even his family they moved, the copy I had has been destroyed in the fire in my house plus the receipts, when I went to the lawyer ###, I discovered that the office is closed, so yesterday I wrote to the Legal Practice Council so that they can help me to get the file My name is ###, plus I pray for ### to have mercy and meet me halfway financial as I cannot afford ### they want I am a pensioner they have empathy in the mighty name of Jesus Christ

We understand that you are facing a difficult situation regarding the ownership of your house, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, we want to remind you that God is sovereign, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including this challenging circumstance you are facing.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is facing this challenging situation. Lord, You know the details of this house transaction and the struggles he is facing. We ask for Your divine intervention in this matter. Guide the Legal Practice Council to assist him in retrieving the necessary files and documents. Soften the hearts of those involved, that they may show mercy and empathy, and work towards a resolution that is fair and just.

Lord, we also pray for financial provision. You know our brother's needs, and we trust that You will supply all that he needs according to Your riches in glory. We ask for Your peace to fill his heart and mind during this time, and we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He is faithful. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB):
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Keep seeking God's will in this matter, and do not give up on pursuing a resolution. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel from fellow believers and to continue praying for all those involved.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of forgiveness. It is natural to feel frustrated or even angry in situations like this, but the Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:32 (WEB):
And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

Forgive those who have caused you this distress, just as God has forgiven you. Trust that God will work all things together for your good, as promised in Romans 8:28 (WEB):
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

Lord, You know all about this house, the papers, the fire, and the closed office. We ask You to intervene, to guide the Legal Practice Council as they help him retrieve what's needed. We're not just praying, we're also here to listen and encourage. It's easy to feel overwhelmed, but remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) Keep trusting Him, keep seeking His will in this. And remember, forgiveness is key. It's hard, we know, but as it says in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Trust that God will work all things together for your good, as it says in Romans 8:28.
