College course acceptance

We come before the Lord with you in this time of seeking His will for your education and future. First, we must gently but firmly address something critical: prayer is to be directed to God alone, through the name of Jesus Christ. Scripture is clear that there is only one mediator between God and mankind—the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5). Praying to Mary or any other being is not supported by Scripture and can lead to idolatry, which is strictly forbidden (Exodus 20:3-5). Our prayers must be offered in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Ephesians 2:18). Salvation and our relationship with God come through faith in Christ alone (Acts 4:12, Romans 10:9-10). If you have not already, we urge you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, repenting of any sin and turning wholly to Him.
Now, let us turn our hearts to your request for acceptance into the physics course. We understand the deep desire you have to pursue this path, and we lift this before the Lord with you, asking for His perfect will to be done. The Bible reminds us to commit our ways to the Lord and trust in Him, and He will direct our paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). It is not wrong to ask God for the desires of your heart, but we must always submit those desires to His sovereign will, knowing that His plans for us are good (Jeremiah 29:11).
If this course is part of God’s purpose for your life, we pray that He would open the door for you in a way that leaves no doubt it was His doing. But we also pray that if this is not His will, He would give you peace and clarity, redirecting your steps toward the path He has prepared for you. Remember that God’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and even if this door does not open, He may have something even better in store. Trust in His timing and His provision.
We also encourage you to seek wisdom from godly mentors, counselors, or pastors as you make decisions about your education. The Bible tells us that where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety (Proverbs 11:14). Surround yourself with those who can offer biblical perspective and prayerful support.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who seeks Your favor for acceptance into the physics course. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and You alone know what is best for their future. We ask that You would grant them wisdom, peace, and clarity as they wait upon You. If this course aligns with Your will for their life, we pray that You would open the door widely, removing any obstacles and making the way clear. Give them favor with those in authority over this decision, and let Your hand be evident in the outcome.
But Father, if this is not the path You have for them, we ask that You would close this door gently and redirect their steps toward the purpose You have prepared. Fill them with trust in Your goodness, even if the answer is not what they hope for. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Guide, and their Strength. Help them to seek Your kingdom first, knowing that all these things will be added to them as You see fit (Matthew 6:33).
We rebuke any fear, anxiety, or doubt that may arise in their heart. Replace it with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good, because they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We also pray that as they pursue their education, they would grow in their relationship with You. Let their studies be a means of glorifying You, whether in physics or any other field. Give them a heart that seeks to use their knowledge and skills for Your kingdom, serving others and pointing them to You.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw this one closer to Yourself. If they have not yet fully surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we pray that today would be the day they place their trust in Him alone for salvation. Let them know the joy of walking in fellowship with You, guided by Your Spirit and anchored in Your truth.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
