Colan Cancer

This prayer is for my best girlfriend & her husband Kevin. They just got the news yesterday that Kevin(44) has a cancerous tumor in his colon. He underwent a ct scan also to find out if the cancer has spread to anywhere else in his body. It will be a couple of days before all the test results are in so I am asking for prayer for this family a peace and calmness during this waiting period. I pray also that the Lord use me and my husband to help show them the light of God and how merciful and great God is. They are not Christians - she is Catholic and I don't believe that he is anything in that regard. They do believe in God and they are extremely scared right now. They have only been married since September 25, 2010 but were married to each other back in 1986 and have an adult son together. To add to all the crazieness that is going on her oldest son is in drug rehab and their son is gay. Please be praying for this family and that their hearts be open to our wonderful Saviour.

Dear Jesus I stand in the gap for this family, Dear Lord give them strength and faith to survive thi9s situation, give them courage to love you more every day for only you can support and save them. Dear Jesus they have a gay son and another in rehab, touch them Lord, allow them to know you , to meet you. Dear Jesus I am praying for this couple Dear Jesus that their faith is strong and their love for you is huge so that they can find their way through this colon cancer situation, you are almighty and you are merciful Lord, this is nothing for you. Dear Jesus let yourself be seen by these people, allow them to feel your precense besides them, let them know that they are not alone, let them know that you stand besides and that we will be praying for them too. Thank you Jesus in you we trust.
