co workers and Supervisor

I am in need of prayer about ,y surpervisor. She has a problem with my days off and what she wants to do.
I have worked 8 years at this company and have seniority over all the workers in this dept.
She continues to take my two days off and split them up. I am 61 and am the oldest one in the dept.
No respect is given towards me and it is nice to have recoop time after a long busy week. One day off
is not enough to get that and be able to do the work that needs done for a full 5 days again.
I would like them all to respect the elderly in this dept and toi recognize the work that is done when they are
not there. I worked 2 days by myself with no help while they were all off sick. I myself spent a full week off
sick due to this stress related job. It was not easy but I did it and got my job completed. It seems to me
that working with 4 people the job gets done just as well why do they need me an extra day as a 5th person?
Unless they want me to do all the work for them, it feels like that most of the time
