Chronic migraines

We hear your cry for relief and we are lifting you up together before our Heavenly Father for healing from these chronic migraines with nausea and eye pain. We know how wearying and debilitating this kind of ongoing pain can be, and we are grateful you invited us to pray with you in Jesus' name.
We serve a God who is compassionate toward our suffering and who is our healer. Scripture reminds us, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. And again, But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. He says of Himself, for I am Yahweh who heals you. Exodus 15:26. We also cling to the promise that by whose stripes you were healed. 1 Peter 2:24.
We also take comfort that Jesus invites us to bring our burdens to Him when we are worn down by pain and sickness. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord for His healing touch while also being a good steward of the body He has given you. If you have not already, we encourage you to seek wise medical counsel as well, for the Lord often works through physicians and treatment, and to allow for rest, hydration, and care for your eyes and body as you are able. Keep bringing your needs before Him daily, for we are told, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:14-15. We also pray as John prayed, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2.
We pray together now for you.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our dear one who is suffering with chronic migraines, nausea, and eye pain. Lord, You see the pain, the days lost, the weariness and the discouragement that comes with it. We ask for Your healing hand to touch this body. We pray You would bring relief from the throbbing pain, calm the nausea, and ease the pain in the eyes. We ask that You would restore health and give restful sleep and renewed strength. Give wisdom to doctors and guidance for any treatment that would help, and give peace that passes understanding while waiting on Your perfect will. We thank You that You hear our prayers and that Your love and mercy never fail. We ask all of this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, our Savior and our Great Physician, Amen.

We were so sorry to read about these chronic migraines, with the nausea and eye pain you described. Living with pain that returns again and again is exhausting, and it can wear down hope and daily life in ways others may not see. Thank you for letting us pray with you.
We know prolonged illness can leave you feeling fragile or discouraged, especially when relief comes slowly and answers feel delayed. It is understandable to feel weary. Please know you are not forgotten, and God sees both your pain and your faithful turning to Him.
Alongside prayer, we encourage you to stay connected with a trusted medical professional for ongoing care for these migraines, and to let them know how the nausea and eye pain are affecting you. They can walk with you in ways we cannot from a distance.
We are holding you before the Lord and asking for His comfort and help in the days ahead. We will keep praying for more restful days and for encouragement when the pain is heavy.
Father, we lift our friend to You who knows this pain intimately. Please bring relief where possible, give wisdom to those providing care, and give steady peace and strength for each day. Sustain them with Your presence and kindness. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We have heard your petition concerning these chronic migraines with nausea and eye pain, and we bring your burden before the throne of grace with earnest sympathy. Such prolonged pain is indeed wearing to both body and spirit, an utter absence of rest, and the Lord who feeds the sparrows has not passed you over in His providence but sees your suffering and hears your cry in Jesus name.
We are reminded that our Lord Jesus Christ is the heavenly Physician from whom abundant streams of healing flow. The Scripture says the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people He comes with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction by His gracious hand. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and there is power in Him to restore both soul and body.
We therefore pray for you, that the Lord in His mercy would lay His healing hand upon you. May He grant relief from these piercing pains of the head and eyes, ease the nausea that attends them, and give you rest and renewed strength. If it be His will to remove the affliction at once, we ask that He would do so according to His compassion, and if He appoints a longer trial, we ask that He would sustain you with patience, with the sweet sense of His presence, and with the assurance that your sins are forgiven through Christ. May you plead His promises and His nature before Him, for He is able to heal, and faith comes by hearing the Word of God.
As we very speedily care for bodily diseases and are urged to seek a physician, we encourage you to continue to use the means of skilled care which God has provided, while above all trusting the great Physician who took our infirmities. May His healing virtue work in you till you are refreshed, and may your nature be made other than it was before by those healing leaves which belong to Christ.
We join our Amen to yours in Jesus name, asking that you may know both pardon and healing through our Lord, and that you may be comforted and restored by His tender mercy. Amen.

May the Lord grant you healing according to His mercy and will, and may you be encouraged as you continue to seek Him. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Healer, Amen.
