We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for your suffering, knowing that He is the Great Physician who heals all our diseases. Chronic migraines with nausea and eye pain can feel like an unrelenting burden, but we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over you today, trusting that the Lord sees your pain and is faithful to bring relief and restoration in His perfect timing.
We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, where He invites all who are weary and heavily burdened to come to Him for rest. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* Your struggle is not unseen by Him, and He longs to carry this burden with you. We encourage you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you deeply (1 Peter 5:7).
At the same time, we urge you to seek wisdom in how you steward your body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Have you consulted with godly medical professionals to explore all possible avenues of care? While we trust in the Lord’s healing power, He often works through the hands of those He has gifted with medical knowledge. We pray for discernment for you in this area, that the Lord would guide you to the right resources and treatments that align with His will for your health.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our ### before Your throne of grace, asking for Your mercy and healing touch to be upon them. You are the God who parts the seas, raises the dead, and brings light out of darkness—nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You would rebuke this affliction of chronic migraines, nausea, and eye pain in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, we pray for complete and lasting healing, that every cell, nerve, and vessel in their body would be restored to Your original design. Give them strength for each day, and let them feel Your presence in moments of weakness.
We also pray for wisdom—wisdom to know how to care for their body, wisdom to seek the right help, and wisdom to rest in You even when the pain persists. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them know that they are not alone in this fight. Remind them that You are working all things together for their good, even in this season of suffering.
Father, we thank You in advance for the healing You are bringing. May this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may it draw them—and those around them—closer to You. We ask all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Finally, we want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfector of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Even in the midst of pain, He is refining you, drawing you deeper into His love, and preparing you for a testimony of His goodness. Do not lose heart, for *"our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory; while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal"* (2 Corinthians 4:17-18). You are not forgotten, and your healing is coming. Stand firm in faith, and let us continue to contend for you in prayer.
