We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up your hurt about being judged and mocked and being reduced by other Christians and pastors instead of being shown biblical love and encouragement. We have prayed for you concerning the situation with your employment where you felt pushed toward a low paying job that does not fit your qualifications and gifts while those who judged you brush it off and treat forgiveness as a free pass to avoid accountability.
We understand why this has caused you to ask why some Christians do the opposite of what the Bible says and we share your desire to see the church live by the Word and not use grace cheaply. We have asked the Lord to heal your heart from the pain of being judged and to remind you that He sees your worth and your calling. We pray that God will give you wisdom for the right work where you can use the abilities He has given you for His glory as Col 3:23 teaches and that He will open the door to provision that fits your qualifications. We also pray for those pastors and believers who have judged you that God will convict them and lead them to true repentance and to walk in the instruction of Matt 7:1 and Luke 6:37 to not judge but to love and restore with humility and that they will understand forgiveness does not remove the need for repentance and changed living as taught in Rom 6:1.
