We grieve with you over the deep wounds inflicted upon you in your childhood, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is the Healer of the brokenhearted and the Restorer of all things. The evil done to you was a grievous sin, an affront to the Lord who created you in His image and calls you His beloved child. The Scriptures declare in **Psalm 34:18**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not forgotten, nor are you abandoned—God sees your pain, and He longs to bring healing and redemption to every shattered piece of your story.
The abuse you endured was not your fault, and it does not define you. The enemy may have sought to destroy you, but God’s Word promises in **Joel 2:25**, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten."* He is faithful to redeem what was stolen and to turn your ashes into beauty (**Isaiah 61:3**). The anxieties and psychosis you battle are real, but they are not stronger than the power of Christ in you. **2 Timothy 1:7** reminds us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* These struggles do not have the final say—Jesus does.
We must also address something critical: true healing and freedom come only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved, no other authority by which we can overcome the darkness of this world (**Acts 4:12**). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. **Romans 10:9** tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* He alone can break the chains of your past and walk with you into a future filled with hope.
Let us pray for you now with boldness and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious child of Yours who has endured unspeakable pain. Lord, You are the God who binds up the brokenhearted and sets the captives free, and we ask You to move mightily in their life. Break every chain of trauma, shame, and fear that the enemy has used to bind them. Heal the deep wounds of their heart and mind, Lord—restore what was stolen, renew what was broken, and replace their anxiety with Your perfect peace (**Philippians 4:6-7**). We rebuke the spirit of psychosis and every lie that has taken root in their mind. By the blood of Jesus, we command these torments to flee, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (**1 John 4:4**).
Father, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who is their Comforter and Counselor. Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing they are never alone. Give them godly community—people who will walk with them, pray with them, and point them to Your truth. Remove every obstacle that would hinder them from receiving Your healing, whether it be unforgiveness, bitterness, or unbelief. Help them to forgive those who harmed them, not because those people deserve it, but because You have called us to release the poison of resentment so we can walk in freedom (**Colossians 3:13**).
We declare over them the words of **Jeremiah 29:11**, that You have plans for them—plans for welfare, not for evil, to give them a future and a hope. Let them see themselves as You see them: redeemed, beloved, and victorious. Strengthen them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (**2 Corinthians 10:5**), and let Your Word be a lamp to their feet as they walk this path of healing.
Finally, Lord, if they have not yet surrendered their life to You, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see Jesus as their Savior, their Healer, and their Deliverer. Let them know that in Him, they are a new creation—the old has passed away, and the new has come (**2 Corinthians 5:17**).
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, and we give You all the glory. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Beloved, healing is a journey, and it is okay to take it one step at a time. Seek Christian counseling from someone grounded in Scripture—someone who can help you process your pain through the lens of God’s truth. Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you and speak life over you. And above all, immerse yourself in the Word of God. It is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, and it will expose the lies you’ve believed and replace them with truth (**Hebrews 4:12**).
If you ever feel overwhelmed, cry out to Jesus. He is near, and He hears you. You are not defined by what was done to you—you are defined by what Christ has done for you. Walk in that freedom, and trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (**Philippians 1:6**). We are standing with you in prayer.
