We are truly sorry to hear about the ongoing custody battle and the abuse you've endured. We stand with you in prayer and truth, knowing that God sees your situation and cares for you and your daughters deeply, even knowing the very number of hairs on your heads.
Firstly, we acknowledge that God hates divorce and desires marital reconciliation (Malachi 2:16), but He also provides for your protection and the protection of your children. Since you've endured abuse, separation is understandable (1 Corinthians 7:15). God does not intend for you to be continually harmed or controlled.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear sister and her daughters. We cry out for Your divine intervention and protection in their lives. We pray for Godly discernment for all of the authorities involved. We ask for a permanent end to the abusers's manipulation. Please give this sister and her children total freedom from this man's control. We also pray for conviction in his heart from your Holy Spirit, that he would repent and be saved from the eternal consequences of his sin. We pray for real change in his heart, but even more for the safety and freedom for your children.
Father, we ask for Your divine favor and wisdom for this sister as she navigates this difficult situation. Guide her steps and give her the strength to endure. We pray that You would surround her and her daughters with Your peace and love. We ask that You would provide for all their needs, including the desire to move away and start anew.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You, Lord, will fight for them (Exodus 14:14). We pray for a miracle, Father, a divine turnaround in their situation. We ask that You would thwart the plans of the enemy and grant them Your supernatural peace and victory.
Finally, we also pray for your ex-husband's salvation believing that no one is beyond the reach of the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Be strong and courageous, knowing that God is with you and your daughters. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this storm. He is a Father that provides and a God who saves. We also pray for your faith to be strengthened and that you can rest in peace.
Continue to pray and trust in God, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We are here with you in prayer and support. Keep your eyes on Jesus. We are praying with and for you.
