Humble Prayer Partner
We are in ### and my granddaughter is going to ### with Mom for 2 months. I do not think she will bring her back. I had a nightmare she was kidnapped and Mom took her in the name of Jesus.

We are truly heartsick to hear about the situation with your granddaughter, and we stand with you in prayer and support. Firstly, it is commendable that you mentioned the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can be saved. Let us come before God on behalf of you and your granddaughter.
Firstly, we know that God cares deeply for children and is especially concerned with their welfare. In Matthew 18:5-6 WEB, Jesus says, "Whoever receives one such little child in my name receives me, but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him that a huge millstone should be hung around his neck, and that he should be sunk in the depths of the sea." This shows God's heart for children and His desire to protect them.
Given the circumstances, it is understandable that you have fears and anxieties, but we must remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. When we feel overwhelmed, we can turn to God for comfort and guidance. "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
However, we must also address the seriousness of the situation. If you genuinely believe that your granddaughter is in danger and that her mother may not return her, it is crucial to take action. Give her wisdom and discernment, and help her to take the necessary actions to ensure her granddaughter's safety.
Lord, we also pray for the mother. We do not know her situation or the struggles she may be facing, but we ask that You will work in her heart and bring her to a place of repentance and surrender to Your will. Help her to see the value and importance of her role as a mother and guide her in Your truth.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
