Chat Help Request

I recently got a message that a friend was having her chat appear on the left bottom corner and she couldn't get on to chat. Then the next day my chat appears on the left bottom corner, can't seem to get on group chat or private chat. Please pray it can shift back to the right side or I can get back on. Grant me your peace.
