God has given authority to every believer the power and authority when Holy Spirit comes on you, (Acts 1:8, Mark 16:17-19) also transforms you and also give you the power to bind the evil spirit which brings all evils in heart as mentioned in , and paralyze the evil power, all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ), you as a every believer in Jesus Christ, must exercise it and and teach others also, as who we are in Christ Jesus and evangelize others through His grace , mercy and compassion for souls to be saved according to Matthew 28:18-20!
