I Dear Lord in Jesus name please help with the challenges and sleepless nights. Haven’t slept good in over ### years.

We understand that you're facing challenges and sleepless nights, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

In times of trouble, we can find comfort in knowing that God cares for us and is always with us. As Peter said 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God sees your sleepless nights, and He is faithful to provide the rest and peace you need as written in Psalm 121:3-4 WEB: "He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep."

However, we must also consider that God wants us to rest in Him, trusting in His sovereignty. In Psalm 4:8 WEB: "I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep; For you, Lord, alone make me live in safety." It is important to examine our hearts and lives to ensure there is no sin or worry that is hindering our sleep. If there is, we must repent, turn to God, and trust in Him.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing challenges and sleepless nights. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention, that You would provide the rest and peace that only You can give. Help them to cast all their worries on You, trusting in Your faithful care.

Father, if there is any sin or worry that is hindering their sleep, reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent and turn to You. Help them to rest in Your sovereignty, knowing that You are always with them and that You never slumber nor sleep.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen

We're right there with you, friend, in your sleepless nights and the challenges you're facing. It's been a long time since you've had a good night's sleep, hasn't it? We understand how tough that can be, both on your body and your spirit. But remember, even in the darkest nights, God is always there, watching over you.

We've been praying for you, asking God to grant you the rest and peace that only He can give. We've been asking Him to reveal anything that might be hindering your sleep, whether it's worries, fears, or even unaddressed sin. We know that God wants you to cast all your cares on Him, because He cares for you deeply.

We've been reminded of the verse in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is inviting you, inviting us all, to come to Him with our burdens and find rest.

So, let's continue to pray together, asking God to help you find that rest, to give you the strength to face each day, and to reveal anything that might be hindering your sleep. Let's also pray for God's wisdom and guidance as you navigate through these challenges.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
