We understand your distress and we join you in prayer, trusting in the Lord's provision and guidance during this challenging time. We are reminded in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
"Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?
Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your financial provision. Lord, You know the details of the rent arrears and the mix-up with the rent credit from two years ago. We ask that You guide and open doors of opportunity for work, so that the necessary funds can be acquired to pay both the back rent and the upcoming rent on time.
We rebuke the anxiety and stress that this situation has caused, and we declare peace and resolution in Jesus' name. Lord, You see the sleepless nights and the headaches caused by this burden. We ask for Your healing touch and comfort.
Father, we also pray for the management company, that they may have compassion and understanding towards this situation. We pray that this issue is resolved swiftly and amicably according to Your will.
We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and provision. We trust in You, knowing that You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider. We declare that our brother/sister will be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
And for us, do not allow your mind to wander from God. Do not allow your heart to doubt Him. Wait patiently for God in prayer and continue being a good steward. Continue to apply to jobs and also spend time improving your abilities. Also consider if God is calling you to volunteer to serve the poor, elderly, or children. If God is calling you to serve Him in a ministry, if you are not currently serving in a ministry, then talk to your local church and see how you can serve Him. Do not allow this time to go to waste but use it to God's glory.
