Let us first acknowledge that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to care for them. The apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." Taking care of your physical well-being is not just about comfort—it’s about honoring God with the body He has given you.
We also know that God provides for our needs, and we can trust Him even in practical matters like this. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." However, this doesn’t mean we should sit back and do nothing—we are called to be proactive while trusting in His provision. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We ask that You would also bring healing to any discomfort they’ve been feeling, restoring strength and comfort to their body. Help them to trust in Your provision and to remember that every good gift comes from You. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You.
