When the day come for my court date, I ask for the judge to rule a dismissal on all my charges. As the days come have my attorney Gordon find something solid that would up hold a dismissal on my behalf. Not all of the information that was in police report was right. There was a few false statement in the report, one that i had taken a breathlizer test, which I didn't not take one and another statement made it sound like it was solely me who made my truck smell, while I had another passenger who was so intoxicated that the odor came from him. These comments on police report reflect a bad judgement on me and these statement are wrong. I do admit that I did have 2 to 3 beers and I was coherent and well aware of my surroundings. I was worried about a head light that was out And I wasn't paying attention to my speed. I didn't go to jail but they did fingerprint me, take blood from me and a photo of me. From the blood work taken this make me guilty. I'm asking for mercy and forgive me for making a bad choice on that night. I'm a good person With a good intentions. a few hours before I helped a lady who gotten Sprayed in the face with pepper stay or somrthing. She wondering in the street yelling, nobody bothered to help her. I ask security about it and he just brushed it off. I couldn't just stand there and watch. I went and pulled her out of the street because I didn't want her to get hit by a car. Even weeks after the incident my passenger thinks it's okay to laugh and make jokes. By holding a bottle of whiskey and say dare me to drive. Who does that and laugh about it. It just rubs me the wrong way. I know, it not his fault for me speeding. Please have mercy on me and have the Judge rule a dismissAL on all my charges that are in my name. To walk away free and have my driver license restored. This well have a huge impact on me financially, on my career, driving record, and let alone my 3 kids who need me everyday. Please lord hear my prayer and answer them. AMEN.
