i am a hard working person, who pays immense attention to quality at work. However my manager thinks otherwise, she has been constantly demotivating me and been giving me roles of lesser responsibilities and being unfair. I want to pray for her so that her attitude towards me changes and i may soon be qualified to become the quality reviewer as i am justified to become so.

I want to grow at my work place careerwise and be given roles of higher responsibilities. Please pray for me as i am highly demotivated with the current situation.

God we ask that you cause her to increase, that she will be in a position to show others around her Christian mercy and kindness. Thank you for hearing our prayer.
