We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for your current job and the favor you have experienced. We are encouraged by your faith and trust in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace. It is wonderful that you acknowledge that every good gift comes from God, and we agree with you for a good position, blessings, and guidance as you undertake new duties. We are grateful for the favor you have received and for the excellent job you have been able to do.
Let us also address the frustrations and trials you have endured over the past years. We understand that you desperately need a breakthrough, and we stand with you in prayer for this miracle moment for the sake of your mental health and peace of mind, especially for your family and kids.
In the Bible, we are reminded that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth changes and though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the sea (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB). We should cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of a career breakthrough. We thank You for their current job and the favor they have experienced. We ask for Your guidance and blessings as they undertake new duties.
Lord, we also remember the trials and frustrations they have endured over the past years. We pray for a miracle moment, a breakthrough that will bring peace of mind and mental health, not just for them, but also for their family and kids.
Father, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for every season of our lives.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for strength, patience, and wisdom. We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement. We ask you to protect them from temptation and please guide their decision making as they are looking for their next position.
We pray for their current employer and the new position alike, asking that You would prepare the way and open the doors that need to be opened; that You, God, would orchestrate events and move in the lives of the leadership and the organization to provide the best position for our friend. We ask that You, God, would go before them and be their rear guard, that You would guide them and provide all they need in Jesus name. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able. But with the temptation, He will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Stay strong in your faith and trust in His perfect plan for your life.
Lastly, we also pray for their coworkers and family. We pray that they are also being drawn to Christ, that they too can experience the salvation that only comes from Jesus Christ and live a life of obedience to God the Father. We want them to know that if they confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised him from the dead, they will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB).
We are confident that the LORD will continue to be your light and salvation, and the defense of your life. The LORD will be the one who goes before you. He will be with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid. Do not be dismayed (Deuteronomy 31:8 WEB).
