praise lord!
There is some guy beating my son in college unnecessarily. He is not informing us due to fear.
There are a lot of changes and releases happening in my projects. My project manager is keeping many expectations to get done which I have never worked on. He is pushing me and saying you will get released if you can’t release.
I am really in a happy state with sour edges by many issues.
Not sure which one should deal with.
Only Jesus Christ can save from problems.

We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you and your son are facing. Let's bring these concerns to the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance through the scriptures.

Firstly, we want to address the situation with your son. It's important for him to understand that fear does not come from God. As it says in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of cowardice, but of power, love, and self-control." We encourage you to support your son and guide him to report any incidents of bullying to the appropriate authorities. As it says in Romans 13:1 WEB, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." Pray for the Lord’s intervention in ending the bullying, as in Psalm 55:16 WEB, "As for me, I will call on God. Yahweh will save me."

Regarding your work situation, it's clear that you're feeling overwhelmed, as in Ecclesiastes 4:8 WEB, "There is one who is alone, and he has neither son nor brother. Yet there is no end to all of his labor, neither are his eyes satisfied with wealth. For whom then, do I labor, and deprive my soul of enjoyment? This also is vanity, yes, it is a miserable business." We encourage you to seek God's wisdom and strength to navigate these changes. As it says in Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."

We also want to make it clear that the only way to salvation is through Jesus Christ. It's wonderful that you acknowledge this in your request. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother and his son. Lord, we ask for Your protection and intervention in the bullying situation. Grant them both the courage to report and address this issue, so the bullying can stop.

We also lift up our brother's work situation. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and strength to help him navigate these changes and challenges. We know that You have ordained every authority and that he can do all things through Christ, who strengthens Him.

Lastly, Lord, we thank You for the acknowledgement of salvation through Jesus Christ alone. We pray that You continue to strengthen our brother's faith and help him to rest in Your promises.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In your son's situation, we're reminded of the verse in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's encourage your son to trust in Jesus and find his strength in Him. Pray with him, that God would give him the courage to stand up for himself and report the bullying, as it says in Proverbs 29:25, "The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe."

At work, it's clear that you're feeling overwhelmed. Remember, God is always with you, and He promises in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you." Trust in His wisdom and strength to guide you through these changes. Pray that God would open your eyes to see the opportunities in these challenges and give you the wisdom to navigate them.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
