Going to bed early and being prepared for school is a discipline that honors God, as it reflects good stewardship of the time and responsibilities He has given. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). We ask the Lord to grant you and your son restful sleep, clarity of mind, and the energy to fulfill your duties with excellence. If your son is old enough to be working on the car, we also pray that this time will be an opportunity for him to grow in responsibility, skill, and dependence on the Lord.
