Can't Sleep

I can't sleep. It's midnight. I have issues with depression. It's because I'm not happy at all because of several different issues in my life. Anyway, the issues are ongoing, and I've been praying my whole life for things to change for the better. I'm 45 years old. I've reached the point where I can't pray anymore. When my depression is at its worst, I will not go to work for days at a time. I haven't been to work in a week. I may not have a job, which I need. Please pray for me. I can't go on like this anymore. I need God to fix my life because everything I do doesn't comes out right. Fix me because I'm definitely broken. It's been 45 years of hardship, disappointments, and heartbreaks. Please, I can't take it anymore.

Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul to You. We pray for peace of mind and freedom from the bondage of depression. Instill hope and light into this heart. Let this person find joy in living. You are greater than whatever issues that don't seem to be resolved in this life. Grant this person strength and wisdom to see Your hand at work in their life. Instill that bit of faith as a mustard seed that it will grow and abundant joy will fill their life to overflowing. I ask that You place Your loving arms around this precious soul right now and that they will have a peaceful and sound sleep and awaken refreshed and ready to start a new life filled with Your love and joy. Lord, please help you child in their time of need. Lift the heaviness and give peace of mind. Depression is such an aweful thing to experience, and there is nothing to hard for you. Encourage this person to read your word, especially when they don't feel like it. Wrap your loving arms around this person and reassure them that you love them.

Lord, help this person to be surrounded by loving Christians who can encouragae and build up. I thank you in advance for what you are going to do, in the precious name of Jesus Christ. AMEN

God bless you again. Jesus said "they have eyes to see and can't see, ears to hear and can't hear" Many of us had been in that place. So Father I pray in the name of Jesus that You open and soften the heart of this dear lady for her eyes to see and ears to heart with her heart. Enlighten her by Your Holy Spirit and give her understanding to know your words and how to apply them.

Father give her lasting hope,and faith to carry on. And Father give her the ability by Your grace to conquer and have vicotry over what plagues her soul.Father I know You send Jesus to set the captives free and open the prison door. God's word says "to protect our heart and mind for it is the issue of life. We must protect our heart and mind, our spirit and soul. But that seems impossible at times because we get hurt by others and some become unforgiving. Offense is something that is hard to deal with.

Unforgiveness branches off to bitterness, anger, resentment, spitefulness, pain, sleeplessness, pride, retalliation. In rejection: fear, shame, loneliness, self rejection, abandon insecurities, etc. Those emotions or fealing will cause any to be depressed. These attitudes, or spirit take up residence in our mind if we dont forgive and apply the word of God. Hear the word of God says "people are destroy for a lack of knowledge Hosea 4:6. Phil 4:8 Dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, and lovely, admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Practice and apply the word of God and your life will change and break away from your past. God bless you

Just informing you that research shows that 80% of physical, emotional, and mental health issue today could be a direct result of OUR THOUGHT LIVES.This christian doc. says "toxic thoughts are poison", and one can break the cycle and good thoughts will improve the areas of one's life. No wonder the Bible says "to renew our mind". Now science is showing what the bible says. Science shows every time one have a thought, it is actively changing our brain and body for better or worse. The word of God says "have the mind of Christ". Another verse says "cast our cares on Jesus"..another verse speaks of castings down imagination for exalted itself against the knowledge of God.

This doc says "toxin thoughts are thoughts that trigger negative and anxious emotions, which produce biochemicals that causes body stress. These are stored in your mind as well as in the body". Quote doc. again thoughts are activated in our attitude. Attitude and thoughts together reflects the state of mind. Positive attitude causes secretion of the correct amount of chemicals and negative attitudes distort the chemical secretions that disrupts their natural flow..... Deut 30:19 Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessing and curse...Now I have call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh that you may choose life.

This boils down to choices. You must be willing to follow the Lord or you will be going around and around the mountain. You must harm yourself with the word of God, even Jesus used the very word of God, speaking the word of discouragement by encouraging and professing the word of God. Lord, I am in agreement to Carleen's Prayer. Give your child your Direction, Courage and Revival Lord, Renew her Lord, Give her your Great Comfort and Grace Just Now, for you are always with her no matter what Lord. Give her a peaceful nights sleep Lord, Resting in your Loving Care.
