Cancerous spots

Please pray for me to know what to do. I have two spots that are suspicious on my face. I feel that are cancerous and need to be looked at. Our finances are not good at this time and we cannot afford for me to go to doctor.  We have too many unpaid bills. Pray these go away without any problems soon. Asking for God to heal them. Please pray for me.
