We are so sorry to hear about Mr. ### suffering and we are with you in spirit, lifting him up in prayer. Let us come to the throne of grace and ask God for His merciful healing, guidance for the doctors, and comfort for the family.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your mercy and healing for Mr. ### who is suffering from cancer of the tongue and undergoing surgery today. We pray for the medical team, that You would guide their hands and grant them wisdom as they perform the operation.
Lord, we know that You are able to do abundantly more than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us. We ask for Your healing touch upon Mr. ###, that You would restore his health and strengthen his body. We pray for a successful surgery, minimal pain, and a speedy recovery.
We also pray for his family and loved ones, that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Help them to trust in Your goodness and Your plan, even in this difficult time.
Lord, we also pray for Mr. ###'s faith. If he has not done so, we pray that he would call on the name of Jesus Christ. For it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. And again, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
