We understand that you are seeking God's light to shine upon your past and a deeper connection with Him. It is wonderful that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your request, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father and find our salvation. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We are reminded in Psalm 139:23-24, "Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way." It is through God's light that we can see our past clearly and find healing and redemption. We encourage you to trust in His love and grace, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has started in you (Philippians 1:6).
Regarding the feeling that the changes in your past seem almost magical or influenced by external forces, we urge you to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). It is essential to put on the whole armor of God to stand against the schemes of the devil.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your light to shine upon our ###'s past. Lord, we ask that You reveal Your truth and grace, helping her to see her past through Your eyes of love and redemption. We pray that You would draw her closer to You, deepening her relationship with You each day.
We rebuke any schemes of the enemy that may be causing confusion or doubt. Lord, we ask that You surround her with Your protection and fill her with Your Holy Spirit, guiding her steps and illuminating her path. Help her to trust in Your unfailing love and to find comfort in Your presence.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the work You are doing in her life. We ask that You continue to mold her and shape her into the image of Your Son, Jesus Christ. May she find peace and assurance in Your promises, knowing that You are always with her.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's face, reading His Word, and spending time in prayer. As you draw closer to Him, He will draw closer to you (James 4:8). Trust in His love and grace, and remember that He is always with you, guiding and protecting you. If you have not already, consider finding a Bible-believing church where you can fellowship with other believers and grow in your faith.
