Can you pray for everything that is bad for peoples health to become illegal?

Depends. There may be things that are bad for health but cant be made illegal for reason or an other. But you can still pray and trust that Jesus would answer it if it would make sense to answer it and would not answer it if it would not make sense to answer it or answer it partially. You dont need to worry that you might shoot yourself in a leg. Just pray and trust Jesus and if what you ask is bad or sin, He will let you know.
