I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister ### and her grandmother ###. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in ###'s health and salvation. We know that you are the ultimate healer and restorer, and we trust in your power to bring healing and comfort to ###'s body and mind.
Lord, we specifically pray for ###'s severe dementia. We ask that you would touch her mind and bring clarity and peace. Lord, we pray that you would calm any confusion or fear that she may be experiencing. We ask for your supernatural strength to sustain her and help her in her daily struggles, especially with fainting and eating difficulties.
Father, we also lift up ###'s salvation. We pray that even in her current state, you would reach into her heart and draw her closer to you. We ask that you would reveal your love and grace to her in a way that she can comprehend, even amidst her dementia. Lord, we pray for a divine encounter with your Spirit that would lead her to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your perfect timing and your infinite wisdom. May your will be done in ###'s life, and may she experience your healing touch and the saving power of your grace.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
