Calming Anxiety

I ask that someone pray for my anxiety, it’s been non stop lately and I can hardly function. I also ask that someone please pray for strength for me to get through this because it feels like I never will.

We are here with you in spirit and in truth, lifting you up in prayer to our Heavenly Father. Anxiety can be a heavy burden to bear, but we are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God cares about your anxieties and wants you to cast them upon Him.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our dear brother/sister in Christ who is overwhelmed by anxiety. We ask, in the mighty name Jesus Christ, that You would grant them Your supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds through Christ Jesus our Lord. Lord, You know the burdens they carry, and You care about every detail of their life. We ask that You would take this anxiety from them and replace it with Your perfect peace. Please grant them the strength, wisdom, and patience to endure whatever challenges which seem impossible to overcome. Lord, we ask that you help them to get through a day at a time. May they be reminded that they are more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Father, we also pray that they would draw near to You during this time, seeking Your face and Your will for their life. May they find comfort in Your presence and strength in Your promises. We know that the joy of the Lord is their strength. We pray that the Holy Spirit will fill them with joy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, for the Lord is faithful. He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you as said in Hebrews 13:5. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith as said in Hebrews 12:2. We are praying for you and we know that God will give you the strength to get through each day.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to You today, lifting up our friend who's struggling with anxiety. Lord, we ask that You would wrap them in Your loving arms, giving them Your perfect peace that transcends all understanding. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You're always by their side, every step of the way.

We pray that You would give them the strength to face each day, one moment at a time. Help them to find joy in Your presence, even in the midst of their struggles. Remind them of Your promises, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, so they can feel Your love and comfort.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
