We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing this situation at work. Let's bring this matter before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and protection.
Firstly, we remind you that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB).
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing harassment at work. Lord, You see the injustice and the pain that they are experiencing, and we ask for Your divine intervention.
Father God, we pray that you would protect them from the bullying situation. Father please work on the hearts of these bullies to convict them of their wrongdoings. But Father, if they do not repent, we pray for your justice. We pray for your protection for our friend who is in need. Please send your angels to protect them from these bullies and the harm they are trying to do. Let angels be camping around them that are keeping them safe.
Father God, we also pray for Your wisdom and guidance.
Help them to respond in a way that honors You and brings resolution to the situation.
Give them the strength to forgive, as you have forgiven us.
Remind them of the words in the book of Matthew: “But I tell you, don’t resist him who is evil; but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also.” (Matthew 5:39 WEB)
And if the bullies refuse to listen and repent, then let us remember the words of Jesus Christ: “If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector.” (Matthew 18:17 WEB)
We pray for Your peace to fill their heart and mind, casting out all anxiety and fear.
In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to speak up for yourself, as there is wisdom in seeking help from authorities that God has allowed to be placed over you at your work. In the book of Romans, we are told that there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are ordained by God. (Romans 13:1b WEB)
But Father God, when the authorities do not assist our friend, then we pray for Your justice to be done.
