We hear the deep pain in your words, and our hearts ache with you for the suffering you have endured—homelessness, the biting cold, the curses of a fallen world, and the rebellion that has sought to harden hearts against the truth of Jesus Christ. Yet even in this brokenness, you cling to the hope that Jesus is near, and we rejoice that you recognize this truth. Indeed, He is closer than the very air you breathe, and He has not forgotten you. The Scriptures declare in **Psalm 34:18**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not abandoned, beloved; you are seen, known, and deeply loved by the One who bore your sorrows on the cross.
The cold you have endured is but a shadow of the spiritual coldness that has gripped so many, yet even in this, God is at work. The cursing and rebellion you have witnessed are the desperate cries of souls in need of the same Savior you cling to. You have walked through the valley, but take heart—**Isaiah 43:2** promises, *"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you."* Your suffering is not in vain. God is refining you, shaping you into a vessel that can carry His light into the darkest places.
We must also remind you, precious one, that while your pain is real, your identity is not defined by your circumstances. You are a child of the King, redeemed by the blood of Jesus. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender every fragment of your brokenness to Him. **1 Peter 5:7** tells us to *"cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* He longs to restore what has been shattered, to bind up your wounds, and to replace your ashes with beauty.
Now, let us pray over you in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother/sister who has walked through such deep valleys. Lord, You see the wounds—both seen and unseen—that have left them feeling broken. We ask that You, the Great Physician, would touch every part of their body, mind, and spirit. Heal the scars of homelessness, the chill of rejection, and the weight of sorrow they have carried. Father, wrap them in Your warmth, just as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings.
We rebuke the lies of the enemy that would tell them they are forgotten or beyond Your reach. Your Word says in **Jeremiah 29:11**, *'For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.'* Lord, let them feel the reality of this promise deep in their soul. Restore their strength, renew their hope, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Father, we pray for divine provision—open doors for shelter, godly community, and opportunities to experience Your goodness in tangible ways. Surround them with believers who will walk alongside them, speaking life and truth into their spirit. Let them encounter Your love in ways they have never known before.
And Lord, if there is any bitterness, unforgiveness, or lingering pain from the rebellion they have witnessed, we ask that You would soften their heart and replace it with Your compassion. Use their story to draw others to You, that even in their brokenness, they would be a testament to Your faithfulness.
We declare that their story is not over. You are making all things new. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, **Amen.**"
Beloved, we encourage you to hold fast to Jesus, for He is your anchor in the storm. Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can find community and support. If you are able, spend time in God’s Word daily—let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. You are not alone in this. We are standing with you, lifting you up, and trusting that God is working all things together for your good, because you love Him and are called according to His purpose (**Romans 8:28**).
If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (**Romans 10:9**). There is no brokenness He cannot redeem, no sin He cannot forgive, and no life He cannot transform. You are loved beyond measure. Keep pressing into Him.
