I just heard my ex is dating  someone else...I am broken and shattered...My body is numb with pain...Feeling like ending everything...Please pray for me

I know the feeling. Please pray. It will get better. Allow yourself time to grieve, cry if you need to, be numb, stay in bed.  Be sad. But pray, pray that you will be ok and that you will have support. I pray that if its meant to be then reconciliation happens. I pray that you become whole again.
