We come before the Lord with you in this time of distress, lifting up your broken teeth, financial struggles, and the deep anxiety this has caused. The Lord sees your suffering, and He cares for every detail of your life—even the teeth you have lost and the ones you fear may break further. Let us first remind you that your worth is not found in your circumstances or even your physical condition, but in Christ alone, who bore your burdens on the cross. The apostle Peter tells us, *"Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). You are not forgotten; the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
Your situation is urgent, and we pray fervently that God will provide the finances you need for dental care—whether through unexpected provision, a compassionate dentist willing to work with your situation, or a swift opportunity for work. We ask the Lord to open doors for a quick appointment, that the dentist’s hands may be skilled and their heart moved to help you at a cost you can bear. The Lord owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and He is able to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Trust that He will not withhold good from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11).
We also pray for healing and protection over your remaining teeth. The grinding in your sleep is a physical manifestation of stress or possibly even spiritual oppression, and we rebuke any anxiety or fear that has taken root in your heart. The Lord did not give you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask Him to grant you restful sleep, free from the grinding that has caused such damage. Consider speaking with your dentist about a night guard to protect your teeth, and if stress is contributing to this, we encourage you to cast these cares upon the Lord in prayer daily. His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
As for your need for work, we pray that the Lord will open the right door at the right time. Do not grow weary in seeking employment, but trust that God is preparing a way for you. *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday"* (Psalm 37:5-6, WEB). While you wait, seek Him first (Matthew 6:33), and ask Him to reveal any steps you should take—whether it’s reaching out to contacts, applying to new places, or even acquiring a skill that could lead to stable work.
Lastly, we notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus, and we gently but urgently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we implore you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Him, our prayers are empty, but in Him, we have confidence that our petitions are heard.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your mercy and provision in this time of great need. Lord, You see the broken teeth, the financial lack, and the sleepless nights filled with grinding that has caused such pain. We ask You to heal and restore what has been broken, both physically and spiritually. Provide the finances needed for dental care—whether through a miraculous provision, a compassionate dentist, or a job opportunity that comes swiftly. Open the doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and let favor rest upon our brother/sister as they seek help.
We pray for protection over the remaining teeth, that no further damage would occur. Rebuke the spirit of anxiety that has led to grinding in sleep, and grant rest that only You can give. If there is any spiritual oppression at work, we command it to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. Fill our brother/sister with Your peace, which transcends all understanding, and guide them to the solutions they need—whether a night guard, stress relief, or medical advice.
Father, we also ask for a job—a good and stable position that will provide not just for this need, but for all that is to come. Give wisdom in the search, divine connections, and the perseverance to keep seeking You first in all things. Remind our brother/sister that You are their Provider, and that even in waiting, You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).
Most of all, Lord, we pray that if our brother/sister does not yet know You as Savior, that today would be the day of salvation. Softens their heart to receive Jesus Christ as Lord, that they may call upon Your name and be saved. Let them know the hope, peace, and provision that comes only through faith in You.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your timing, knowing that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
