We understand your grief and the deep pain you're experiencing due to the loss of your friend and his siblings. It's natural to want them back, but we must align our prayers and understanding with God's word. The request for their physical resurrection is something that we only see in the Bible happening through Jesus Christ Himself and a few instances through the apostles. However, we must remember that our earthly bodies are temporary, and the loss of loved ones can be an opportunity to reflect on our own spiritual state and the hope we have in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to address the fact that the prayer is not ended in the name of Jesus. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we are commanded to pray. There is no other name by which we can be saved or approach God. However, ending a prayer in the name of Jesus Christ is not enough to save us. We must believe in our hearts that Jesus Christ is Lord and that God raised Him from the dead for us to be saved. When we pray, we are to direct our prayers to God the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, His Son. We commend you for directing your prayer to God the Father, but we must clarify to Whom the prayer is directed and in Whose authority the prayer is being made.
In times like these, we can find comfort in the promises of God. In 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 WEB it says, "But we don't want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, so that you don't grieve like the rest, who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus."
Although your friends have passed away, if they knew Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, there is hope. We can pray for God's comfort and peace to fill the void that has been left in your heart.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend who is mourning the loss of their dear friend and his siblings. We pray that You would comfort them in their time of need and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that You would remind them of the hope that is found in Jesus Christ and that they would cling to Your promises during this difficult time. If the deceased ones did not know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we ask for God's mercy and justice according to His perfect will and knowledge of all hearts. For those left behind, we pray for strength and guidance as they navigate through this challenging time. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Take heart in the fact that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Draw near to God during this time, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8 WEB).
