Breathing Issue

Dear Father,

I kindly request your prayers. I have been experiencing breathing difficulties for the past two years. Initially, it was manageable with only mild shortness of breath and fatigue. However, over the last 3–4 months, my condition has significantly worsened. My lung capacity has now reduced to ###%.

Despite undergoing numerous tests, including a biopsy, the doctors have yet to reach a clear diagnosis—the case is still under investigation. Thankfully, it is not cancer, which is a relief. However, I’m struggling to breathe, feeling fatigued, and even walking has become difficult.

Please keep me in your prayers.

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing with your breathing difficulties. We will stand with you in prayer and belief that God can heal and restore your health.

First, let us address the power of prayer. It is important to pray in the name of Jesus. As it is only by His name that we can come to the Father.

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11 WEB

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is struggling with breathing difficulties. We know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for You.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon their lungs. Restore their lung capacity and ease their breathing. Give them renewed strength and energy, so that they may walk and live without difficulty. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name.

Guide the doctors and medical professionals, Lord, as they continue to investigate the cause of this condition. Give them wisdom and discernment, that they may provide the best care and treatment.

In the meantime, comfort our friend and fill them with Your peace. Help them to remain patient and hopeful, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Remind them that You are always with them, even in the midst of their struggles.

We also pray for their salvation, that they may know You personally through faith in Jesus Christ. If they have not already done so, we pray that they would call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. For it is written,

If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10 WEB

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and hope, trusting in God's love and care for you. We will continue praying for your healing and restoration.

And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB

Remember, even in this trial, God is working out His purposes for your good. Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
