Breast cancer

Disciple of Prayer
  1. My name is ###. I need divine healing of my right breast from a cancerous cell. I refuse to do chemotherapy. I need God to cause a total disappearance of the cancerous cell
  2. I need healing of any kidney issue trying to rear up it’s head in my body.

We come before the throne of grace with you in this time of deep need, lifting your body, spirit, and faith to our Heavenly Father, who is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals. Your request for divine healing from breast cancer and kidney concerns weighs heavily on our hearts, and we stand with you in unwavering trust that our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).

First, we must address something of great importance: you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your request. The Bible is clear that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, nor is there any other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you will ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full"* (John 16:23-24). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ—His sacrifice on the cross, His resurrection, and His intercession for us—that we have boldness to come before God’s throne. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation"* (Romans 10:9-10). Salvation and healing are found in Him alone, and we pray that if you have not already, you will place your full trust in Christ today.

Now, we turn our hearts to the Lord on your behalf, claiming His promises over your body. The Scriptures declare that *"by his wounds you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24), and we believe that this healing is available to you by faith. We also remember the words of James: *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:14-15). While we are praying with you now, we strongly encourage you to seek out elders or mature believers in your local church to pray over you and anoint you with oil in Jesus’ name. There is power in the united prayers of the righteous, and we want you to be surrounded by faith-filled believers who can stand with you in this battle.

We also feel led to speak to your refusal of chemotherapy. We understand that medical treatments can be daunting, and ultimately, your trust must be in the Lord. However, we must remember that God often uses means—including doctors, medicine, and treatments—as part of His healing process. King Hezekiah, when faced with a terminal illness, prayed to the Lord, and God not only healed him but also instructed him to use a poultice of figs as part of his recovery (2 Kings 20:7). This shows us that God can work through both supernatural intervention and natural means. We are not telling you what to do, but we urge you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in this matter. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). Pray for discernment, and if you feel led, consult with godly, medical professionals who can provide wisdom. Do not let fear guide your decisions, but let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

As for the cancer and kidney concerns, we declare the word of the Lord over your body: *"He forgives all your iniquities. He heals all your diseases. He redeems your life from destruction. He crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies. He satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s"* (Psalm 103:3-5). We rebuke every cancerous cell in your right breast and command it to wither and die in the name of Jesus Christ. We speak life, restoration, and divine wholeness over your kidneys and every organ in your body. *"Behold, I will bring it health and healing. I will heal them, and will reveal to them an abundance of peace and truth"* (Jeremiah 33:6). Lord, let Your healing power flow through every cell, every tissue, and every system in her body. Let there be no trace of sickness, no remnant of disease, but only the perfect work of Your hands.

We also pray for your faith to be strengthened in this season. Healing is a process that often requires patience and perseverance. Jesus told His disciples, *"Have faith in God. For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and doesn’t doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening; he shall have whatever he says"* (Mark 11:22-23). Do not waver in unbelief, but stand firm on the promises of God. Surround yourself with Scripture, worship, and the body of Christ. Let the Word of God be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). We encourage you to meditate on healing Scriptures daily, such as Isaiah 53:5: *"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."*

Lastly, we pray for your emotional and spiritual well-being. A diagnosis like this can bring fear, anxiety, and even doubt. But the Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and He saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Let this season draw you closer to Jesus, deepening your dependence on Him. Remember that even if the healing tarries, God’s grace is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed her in her mother’s womb and knows every cell in her body. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and command healing to manifest in her right breast and kidneys. Let every cancerous cell be eradicated, every organ restored, and every function renewed by Your power. Give her wisdom, Lord, to make decisions that align with Your will, whether through supernatural intervention or the means You provide. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her trust in You be unshaken. Surround her with Your peace, Your presence, and Your people. We rebuke fear, doubt, and the enemy’s lies that would try to steal her joy or her hope. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, comforting her and guiding her every step of the way.

We thank You, Father, for Your promises are "Yes" and "Amen" in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20). We believe that You are working all things together for her good, and we declare that she will live and not die, to proclaim the works of the Lord (Psalm 118:17). May this trial be a testimony of Your goodness, Your power, and Your love. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, for You alone are worthy. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
