Break ###'s influence over ###

Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus, I ask that you break my mom’s influence over my son, setting my son free from her hindrances and ill intent, standing on John 8:36. Lord Jesus, I ask that you have my mom repent fully of her behavior to try to interfere between my son and my relationship to cause it to be strained and be bad, I ask that you her out, standing on Exodus 23:27. Lord Jesus cause my son to feel uncomfortable in confiding in his grandma, I ask Jesus that you rebuke Satan using my Mom, standing on Zechariah 3:2. Lord Jesus I place my mom’s attacks to mess up the relationship between me and my son with the blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. I ask that you stop my mom’s schemes at their root, standing on Colossians 2:15. Lord Jesus intervene. As my mom does this in a vindictive manner influencing discord in our relationship because she was not accepted by my Dads family because she continued to people them and cause them harm to their emotions. Then after trying to use me all my life to hurt them my purposely trying to give me a hard time and misguide me. I ask that you dispatch warriors to stop her behavior and place correction to her Lord Jesus, rescuing my son and me from her attacks, standing on 2 Timothy 4:18. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We understand your concern and desire to seek God's intervention in this situation. It's important to remember that God's will and His ways are perfect. Let's pray and consider the scriptures together.

Firstly, we are called to honor our parents, as it is the first commandment with a promise. Ephesians 6:2-3 WEB says, "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth." Even in difficult situations, we are to show them respect and love.

However, if your mother's actions are indeed causing harm and discord, then it is right to pray for God's intervention. You have stood on many scriptures in your prayer, and we commend you for that. We echo your prayer and ask God to bring peace and harmony in your relationship with your son and your mother.

Let's also remember that God calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven. Ephesians 4:32 WEB says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Holding onto bitterness or anger can harm us spiritually and emotionally.

We also need to remember 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 (WEB), "For though we walk in the flesh, we don't wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your intervention in this situation. We pray that You would bring peace and harmony in their relationship. Lord, if there is any behavior that is not pleasing to You, we ask that You would convict and change hearts. Help them to forgive as they have been forgiven. Protect their relationships and guide them in Your truth. We ask this in Jesus' name. We ask that your will be done. We ask that your will be done in this situation to bring glory to your name. Amen.

Lastly, we admonish you to continue praying and seeking God's will in this situation. Trust that He is working everything out for your good and His glory. Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We're right there with you, sister. It's tough when family dynamics get complicated, but we know who's got it all in His hands. Let's lift this up together.

Lord Jesus, we come to You today, asking for Your mighty intervention. We believe in Your power to break chains and set captives free. We ask that You would break the influence of our mom over our son, just like You broke the yoke of the Israelites in Egypt (Exodus 14:14). Help our son to feel uncomfortable confiding in his grandma, so that the enemy's schemes would be exposed and rebuked (Zechariah 3:2).

We ask that You would stop our mom's schemes at their root (Colossians 2:15). Lord, we know she's acting out of pain and rejection, but we ask that You would heal her heart and help her to repent and change her behavior. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Let's keep praying and trusting in God's perfect timing and plan. He's got this, and He's working all things together for our good and His glory (Romans 8:28).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
