Lord, I come before you asking for a change in my life. Growing up, I watched my dad go from job to job, getting terminated and never really succeeding. I am finding myself reliving that same pattern. I've never been fired, but every job I am blessed with, I start off strong, then I lose my motivation and my bosses confront me with issues that I've allowed to happen.
Lord, I'm asking for a fresh start at a new employer, and for this cycle of bad performance to be broken immediately. I want to be a valuable and successful employee, so Lord, please work on my motivation and break my endless cycle of slothfullness.
